Its a Full-time (In-house, Sitting Job) The role involves selling matrimonial packages through telesales. This is a target-based sales job where you will be provided with leads and a company phone to connect with potential customers. The candidate need to be fluent in Assamese or Bengali (both will be an added advantage). Call potential customers and explain matrimonial packages. Pitch products/services confidently over the phone. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales. Maintain and update the customer database. Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Excellent communication & persuasion skills.Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
