The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Present product information and proposals to prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
Negotiate terms of sales and close deals effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales (experience in fitness, manufacturing, or equipment industry preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
