Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic female Telecaller to join our team at Surajpur Site C, Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telecalling, customer handling, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.

• Explain products/services clearly and effectively to prospective clients.

• Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.

• Follow up with interested leads to convert them into customers.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a telecaller, customer care executive, or in a similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM tools preferred).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
