Job Title: Female Telecaller – Real Estate

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, and supporting the sales team by coordinating client interactions and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate project information
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Schedule and coordinate site visits/meetings with clients
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects
Update CRM/database with call details and client status
Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred
Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi/Punjabi/English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Experience:

0–2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer support (real estate experience is a plus)

Salary:

Up to ₹20,000 per month

Working Hours:

Full-time (Day shift)
