Key Responsibilities
• Call Leads: Make outbound calls to database leads, web inquiries, and cold lists to pitch residential or commercial properties.
• Share Details: Explain property dimensions, pricing, amenities, locations, and payment plans clearly.
• Qualify Buyers: Ask targeted questions to gauge the client's budget, preferred location, and purchase timeline.
• Book Visits: Fix face-to-face meetings or site visits with field sales executives.
• Follow Up: Track warm leads and make regular follow-up calls to nurture interest.
• Log Data: Update customer notes, call outcomes, and lead statuses accurately in the CRM database.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Communication: Fluent and polite verbal skills in local languages tamil; active listening skills.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of past tele calling, inside sales, or customer service experience.
• Resilience: Patience and a positive attitude to handle rejections or cold-calling resistance.
• Tech Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM software or MS Excel.
