Key Responsibilities

Nurture Leads: Conduct regular follow-up calls to convert interested prospects into buyers.
Maintain Records: Update customer details and interaction notes in the company's CRM software.
Meet Targets: Achieve daily and monthly goals for call volume, lead generation, or sales conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Clear verbal skills and active listening abilities.
Education: High school diploma (10+2) or a bachelor’s degree depending on the company.
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
