Telecaller

A telecaller initiates or receives phone calls to promote products, generate leads, provide customer service, and achieve sales targets. They use communication skills to explain offerings, handle customer complaints, update databases, and follow up on prospects. Key roles involve working with scripts, meeting performance quotas, and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Initiating calls to prospective or existing customers to sell products/services, book appointments, or conduct surveys.

• Inbound Calling: Answering customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and resolving issues efficiently.

• Lead Generation/Management: Identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and nurturing them through follow-up calls.

• Database Management: Updating client information, tracking interactions, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

• Product Knowledge: Maintaining detailed knowledge of company offerings to effectively answer questions.

• Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly targets for calls made, sales closed, or leads generated.
