We are looking for a dynamic Collection Executives to join our team of Telecallers. The role involves outcalling customers and convincing them to pay the outstanding loan amount. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers an attractive salary from 13,000 to 20,000 depending on the experience. Over and above the salary, there is incentive which purely depends on individual's potential and ability.
Key Responsibilities:
Outcall customer and convince customer to make payment.
Updation of CRM and respective system with the outcome.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 18 years of age and 12th pass.
Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to convince.
