We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Telecaller to join our healthcare team at Paramount Healthcare. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective patients, follow-ups, and assisting in appointment scheduling, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients to promote hospital services and facilitate appointments.

• Provide clear information regarding hospital services, treatments, and health packages.

• Follow up on patient inquiries and feedback.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and patient interactions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

• Handle patient queries professionally and courteously.

• Collaborate with the hospital team to improve patient outreach and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the healthcare sector.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command over the local language; knowledge of English is a plus.

• Ability to handle multiple calls and work under pressure.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
