Job Description

We are hiring an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller for our Real Estate business to handle rental and sales inquiries. The role involves calling potential clients, understanding their requirements, and convincing them for property rentals or purchases.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to rental and sales leads

• Understand client requirements for rental or property purchase

• Explain available properties, pricing, and offers clearly

• Convince clients and fix site visits or meetings

• Follow up with clients regularly and maintain lead records

• Coordinate with the sales/rental team for closures

• Use social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram for lead follow-ups and inquiries

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Strong follow-up and organizational abilities

• Basic knowledge of real estate rentals and sales

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Telegram, Instagram)

• Target-driven mindset

• Basic computer knowledge

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
