About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Real Estate Telecaller to support our sales team by engaging with potential clients over the phone and generating qualified leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, introducing real estate projects, scheduling site visits, and maintaining consistent follow-up with prospects. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to understand customer needs and convert interest into opportunities.

The candidate should be confident in handling client conversations, building rapport quickly, and supporting the sales process with professionalism and efficiency. A strong command of spoken communication, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients.

Explain property details and project offerings.
