We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Prime Market Research (pmr). The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls and follow up with leads
• Explain products/services clearly to potential customers
• Convert leads into successful sales
• Update customer info in CRM
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
