Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for Personal Loan offering

• Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility & documentation clearly

• Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company

• Maintain customer records and update call status regularly

• Coordinate with sales and processing teams for smooth disbursement

• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)

• Fresher or experienced candidates can both apply

• Good communication skills in Marathi & Hindi (English is an advantage)

• Basic knowledge of loans or telesales preferred

• Ability to work with targets
