• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects and generate leads.

• Schedule site visits or appointments for prospective buyers with the sales team.

• Handle inbound inquiries related to property details, pricing, and project updates.

• Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and encourage sales conversions.

• Provide accurate information about ongoing and upcoming projects to clients.

• Maintain and update the customer database with interaction details.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve targets.

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, appointments, and lead conversion.
