About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with students/parents, understanding their requirements, explaining our courses, and supporting the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

2. Explain courses, programs, fees, and other relevant information.

3. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.

4. Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

5. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

6. Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

7. Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team.

8. Provide a positive and professional experience to prospective students.

Requirements

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.

3. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

4. Ability to handle follow-ups and work with targets.

5. Prior telecalling, sales, counselling, or EdTech experience is preferred.

6. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
