Telecaller – Plantomed Neutriceuticals Private Limited

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Plantomed Neutriceuticals Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing excellent customer support, and resolving queries related to healthcare products and services.

Salary: ₹7,500 – ₹15,000 per month (in-hand)
Experience: 1–6+ years
Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Address concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

• Provide customers with clear and accurate information about healthcare products and services.

• Achieve assigned performance targets and quality standards.

• Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

• Escalate unresolved or critical concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.

• 1–6+ years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working 6 days a week in a day shift.

• Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.

• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain customer records.
