Key Responsibilities

Make and Receive Calls: Contact potential and existing customers using scripts and structured sales pitches.

Drive Sales: Promote products and services, explain features and benefits, negotiate prices, and close sales over the phone.

Upsell and Cross-sell: Recommend additional products, upgraded plans, or related services based on customer needs.

Handle Customer Objections: Answer questions, address concerns, resolve complaints, and turn rejections into potential sales opportunities.

Maintain Customer Relationships: Build rapport with customers and provide a positive calling experience.

Achieve Sales Targets: Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education: Minimum 10th pass.

Experience: Freshers are welcome. Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.

Communication Skills: Good verbal communication, active listening, and a clear, friendly telephone manner.

Sales Skills: Ability to persuade customers, handle objections, and negotiate effectively.

Customer Focus: Positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to understand customer needs.

Work Ethic: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
