Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain project details.
Handle incoming inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
Follow up regularly with leads for conversions.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and lead generation goals.
Share daily calling reports with the team.
Requirements
Education: PUC/Graduate (any stream).
Experience: 2+ years (Real Estate telecalling experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
Strong convincing skills and customer handling ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
