Job Title: Salon Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and persuasive Telecaller to handle customer interactions for our salon. The role involves booking appointments, promoting services and offers, and maintaining strong relationships with clients over phone and messaging platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries

• Book, confirm, and reschedule salon appointments

• Inform clients about ongoing offers, packages, and services

• Maintain a database of customer information and call records

• Follow up with clients for feedback and repeat bookings

• Coordinate with salon staff for smooth scheduling

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and booking targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)

• Basic knowledge of salon services (hair, skin, beauty treatments)

• Comfortable using phone systems, WhatsApp, and basic computer tools

• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle rejection and remain patient

• Previous experience in telecalling/customer service is preferred

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate

• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer support

Work Timings:

• Flexible shifts / As per salon working hours

Salary:

• Fixed salary + incentives based on bookings/conversions
