Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telecallers to join our Vodafone Idea Sales Team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining Vodafone Idea postpaid/prepaid offers, and converting leads into successful sales.

You’ll be the voice of Vodafone Idea, helping customers choose the best mobile plans and delivering excellent service over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Promote Vodafone Idea mobile plans, postpaid connections, and related services.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

• Follow up with interested customers to ensure successful activation.

• Provide product information and resolve customer queries.

• Work closely with the sales and activation team for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Confident, polite, and customer-oriented.

• Prior experience in telesales, call center, or telecom industry is an added advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM entry, etc.).

• Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
