Job Title: Telecaller / Telesales Executive

We are looking for a Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team at NM Sons Exim And Trading LLP. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with customers and clients.

The role involves communicating with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our machines and products in detail, and converting potential leads into sales. The candidate should be comfortable speaking with clients and should be able to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.

• Communicate with customers professionally and understand their requirements.

• Explain our machines, products, features, and benefits clearly to clients.

• Answer customer questions and provide complete product information.

• Convince and guide potential customers towards purchasing our machines.

• Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.

• Convert potential leads into successful sales opportunities.

• Maintain proper records of customer calls, leads, and follow-ups.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and clients.

• Coordinate with the sales team whenever required to ensure smooth communication and sales.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Ability to understand and speak English confidently with clients.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to explain products and machines clearly and professionally.

• Comfortable making calls and speaking with new customers.

• Sales-oriented mindset and ability to achieve targets.

• Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, email, and maintaining customer records.

Salary:

₹5,000 – ₹12,000 per month
(Salary can be based on experience, communication skills, and performance.)

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
