Job Title: Tellecaller / Real Estate Sales Representative

About Us:

We're a dynamic real estate company looking for motivated and sales-oriented individuals to join our team as Tele Callers. As a Tele Caller, you'll play a key role in generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales for our real estate projects.

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our real estate projects

- Introduce and promote our projects, highlighting key features and benefits

- Qualify leads and set up appointments for our sales team

- Build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics

- Update CRM database with accurate and timely information

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up and closure of leads

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

- Basic knowledge of real estate industry (training will be provided)

- Proficiency in English or local language (depending on the target audience)
