Job Summary:

Nettech India is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective students, explain our training programs, generate admissions leads, and support the counseling team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.

Handle inbound inquiries regarding courses, fees, batches, and career opportunities.

Generate and qualify admission leads.

Schedule counseling appointments and follow up with interested candidates.

Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in the CRM.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.

Build positive relationships with students and parents through professional communication.

Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Eligibility:

HSC/12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of telecalling/customer service experience are welcome to apply.

Experience in education or training institutes is an added advantage

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM.

Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Good listening and follow-up skills.
