Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Tele caller / Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, promoting internet services, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote internet services and plans

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information

• Generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities

• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly

• Maintain customer database and update records regularly

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Address customer concerns and resolve basic queries

• Coordinate with field sales or technical teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer support preferred

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English (regional language is a plus)

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecom/internet service industry

• Familiarity with broadband, fiber, or networking services
