Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and leads to promote FVEG courses and programs.
Handle inbound queries, provide course information, and schedule counseling sessions.
Follow up on leads via phone and maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to enrollment goals.
Assist in basic data entry and reporting for tele-calling campaigns.
Key Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
High confidence, persuasive speaking, and a positive attitude.
0-1 year experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales (freshers welcome).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets).
