We are hiring for our very first calling team. Biz Control is a Made-in-India business platform — HR, CRM, Payroll, Attendance, Booking, and Project Management in one app — and we launched just this month.

The job, in short

You call leads, you close the small ones yourself, and you fix confirmed meetings for the bigger ones. Every follow-up gets a call before any new lead. Every closing gets a rating request. Every entry goes into the CRM the same minute it happens.

What we want from you

Someone who stays on the call one minute longer to find a way, instead of hanging up at the first no. Someone who owns the day's number instead of explaining why it didn't happen.

What we don't want

We are not hiring complaint departments. If you walk in already convinced something won't work, or you tend to pull the room down instead of lifting it up, this isn't your team. We're building people who fix problems, not people who file them.
