MyEYZ Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain our healthcare and eye-care services, and support the sales and customer relationship process.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to confidently interact with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information about MyEYZ services.

• Explain eye-care services, home eye-test services, products, offers, and other company services.

• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.

• Follow up with customers and leads regularly.

• Schedule appointments and home eye-test visits as required.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, appointments, and customer follow-ups.

• Convert qualified leads into appointments and potential customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.

• Coordinate with the sales, operations, and customer-support teams.

• Follow up on pending enquiries and missed opportunities.

• Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

• Prepare and submit regular call and follow-up reports to the reporting manager.

• Handle customer queries politely and escalate complaints or issues to the concerned team when required.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of English and local language.

• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-friendly attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to maintain call records and follow-ups.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Previous telecalling, telesales, healthcare, or customer-service experience will be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
