We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-friendly Sales Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to understand customer requirements, build trust, and convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and understand their requirements.

• Explain our products/services clearly and professionally.

• Build a good rapport with customers and effectively handle their queries.

• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper customer records.

• Convince and convert interested customers into successful sales.

• Maintain a positive relationship with customers throughout the sales process.

• Work towards achieving sales goals and delivering good results.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Confident and friendly personality.

• Good Hindi communication; basic English will be an added advantage.

• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.

• Sales or telecalling experience is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
