Job Summary
The Tele Caller is responsible for making outbound and/or inbound calls to customers, explaining products or services, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The role requires good communication skills, patience, and a target-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers as per assigned leads or data
Handle inbound customer calls and provide required information
Explain products, services, offers, or schemes clearly to customers
Follow up with customers on a regular basis
Maintain accurate call records and customer details in CRM
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
Handle customer queries, complaints, and objections professionally
Follow company calling scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines
Coordinate with Team Leader for updates and support
