Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate
Work Location: Porur, Chennai
Training Location (First 1 Week): Thalambur, Chennai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Incentives: ₹2,500 – ₹5,000 per month
Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Telecaller to make continuous outbound calls, engage potential customers, and drive walk-ins for our real estate project. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persistence, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Make continuous outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
Explain project details clearly and convincingly to generate interest.
Schedule and motivate clients to visit the site (walk-ins).
Maintain call logs, follow-up details, and daily reports.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and walk-ins.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer visits.
Requirements:
Any graduate with good communication skills.
Prior telecalling experience preferred (real estate exposure is an advantage).
Ability to handle high-volume calling.
Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
Must be comfortable travelling to Thalambur for the first week of training.
Working Location After Training: Porur, Chennai
