Key Responsibilities
Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospects and answer inbound calls from customers.
Sales and Promotion: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to persuade customers to make purchases.
Lead Generation & Management: Identify potential clients, follow up with leads, and maintain accurate records of conversations in a database.
Customer Support: Handle queries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions to customer problems with a polite and professional tone.
Target Achievement: Meet daily or monthly quotas for calls made, leads generated, or sales closed.
