Monarch Buildestate Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Telecallers to support our real estate sales and CRM operations. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining project details, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate lead records.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data

• Explain real estate project details clearly and professionally

• Follow up with interested leads and schedule site visits

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses

• Update CRM and daily call reports

Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or above

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)

• Ability to handle customer queries politely

• Basic knowledge of calling and data handling

• Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)

• Experience in telecalling or real estate is an advantage
