Job Summary

We are looking for a Tele Calling Executive who can communicate effectively with customers over the phone, generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and support sales or customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries

• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally

• Generate and qualify leads

• Follow up with customers to close sales or schedule appointments

• Maintain accurate call records and customer data

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets

• Handle customer objections politely and confidently

• Coordinate with sales and support teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred

• Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language]

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under targets and pressure

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach

Preferred Skills

• Prior telecalling or call center experience

• Sales or customer service background

• Knowledge of CRM software
