We are looking for a TELECALLER to join our team MAX CAPITAL. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers 12000 TO 25000 IN HAND SALARY + INCENTIVES and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the data remains accurate, accessible and contributes to smooth operations.

• Verify data accuracy, make corrections and identify irregularities in a timely manner.

• You would be responsible for calling existing and prospective clients from the provided database and lining.

• will be responsible for proper follow up and maintain conversation records.

• Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.

• Generate reports and summaries for internal teams to help in decision-making processes.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

• develop existing customers to generate additional value.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and 6months to 2years. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 working days during the day shift.
