Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, providing accurate information about our services, and generating quality leads while maintaining a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries.

Explain the company's products and services effectively.

Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.

Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales/business development team.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Ensure a positive customer experience by handling queries professionally.

Requirements

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language(s).

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
