Position Overview
A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) in the automobile industry is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and supporting sales and after-sales services.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries
Maintain customer database and update records regularly
Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer follow-ups
Ensure timely follow-up on leads, test drives, and service reminders
Address customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions
Conduct feedback calls post vehicle purchase or service
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
Support CRM software usage and reporting
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of automobiles and services
Customer handling and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in customer service (automobile industry preferred)
