Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain jewellery products, offers, and schemes clearly.
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into store visits.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with store staff for appointments or follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain professionalism and uphold the Tanishq brand image.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Confident, polite, and customer-oriented.
Good listening and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience: 6 months – 1 year in telecalling or customer service (retail/jewellery experience preferred).
