We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Madras City Properties.com. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.

• Explain real estate projects, including plots, villas, houses, and other properties.

• Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and property needs.

• Generate qualified leads and maintain regular follow-ups.

• Convince interested customers to schedule property site visits.

• Coordinate with the sales team for customer meetings and site visits.

• Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.

• Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up details.

• Update customer information in CRM or company records.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
