We are looking for a Telecalling Fundraiser to join our team at Mverse Private Limited.
The role involves connecting with potential donors over calls, explaining our cause clearly, building trust, and encouraging donations. The position offers a salary of ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 along with performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential donors and explain the organization’s mission, projects, and impact clearly.

• Build rapport with donors and motivate them to contribute towards fundraising campaigns.

• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, feedback, and donation details.

• Follow up with interested donors to ensure successful conversion and payment completion.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and fundraising targets.

• Address donor queries professionally and resolve concerns in a timely manner.

• Ensure confidentiality of donor information at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• 0 – 2 years of experience in telecalling, fundraising, sales, or customer support (freshers can apply).

• Good communication skills in Hindi/English (additional languages are a plus).

• Persuasive and confident speaking ability.

• Basic knowledge of call handling and data entry.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week in the Day shift.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
