About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to generate and convert insurance leads through outbound calling.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable insurance products, following up with prospects, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 50 outbound calls daily to prospective customers.

- Generate leads and convert them into Motor Insurance sales.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable policies.

- Follow up regularly with interested prospects.

- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

- Sales-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office

- Insurance/BFSI experience preferred.

- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Coordinate with the operations team for policy issuance and documentation.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

- Sales-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.

- Insurance/BFSI experience will be an advantage.

Compensation: ₹15,000/month + attractive performance incentives+ perks + allowances

Ideal Candidate: Someone who is energetic, target-driven, confident on calls, and enjoys converting conversations into sales.
