Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Lakshit Software And Services. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 and opportunities for growth.

Job Description

You will be responsible for Lead Generation for New Customer Acquisition by identifying prospects, calling them to make a pitch, setting up a meeting for giving product demos & coordinating with Field Sales Executives to close deals with customers for Busy Accounting Software. You must be results-driven, and excited about growing the market share of Busy Accounting Software alongside a fast-growing team

Responsible for achieving targets for

o Identifying prospects data

o No. of Calls & Demos Per Day (make a pitch, set up meetings for product demos)

o New Customer Acquisition from demos setup by you

o Managing sales funnel with hot & warm prospects and doing follow-ups

Daily reporting of performance parameters

o Update daily sales report related data in CRM / XL sheets

Acquire detailed product knowledge to make a good pitch and convince customers for product demos

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 4 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
