Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for real estate projects.

Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and location advantages clearly to clients.

Handle inbound inquiries from online portals, social media, and marketing campaigns.

Maintain a database of customer calls and update CRM with accurate information.

Schedule site visits for interested customers and coordinate with the sales team.

Follow up with clients regularly to convert leads into site visits.

Achieve daily/weekly call targets and monthly conversions.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers through professional communication.

Respond to customer queries and direct complex issues to the concerned team.

Support marketing campaigns by promoting offers, events, and new launches over calls.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in English, Telegu, and/or local languages.

Pleasant telephone etiquette and confident speaking skills.

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, Email).

Ability to handle customer objections and maintain a positive attitude.

Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.
