We are looking for experienced and confident Tele Callers to handle outbound/inbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products/services

Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries

Maintain a database of customer information and follow-up details

Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

Maintain good customer relationships and build rapport

Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of tele calling or customer support experience

Excellent communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati / English as required)

Ability to handle high-volume calls

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred)

Positive attitude and persuasive communication skills

Ability to work under target-driven environment
