We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, promoting our products or services, handling inquiries, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information as needed.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and sales targets.
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
Minimum qualification: High School / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in [language(s) required — e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
