A Loan Telecaller is a key financial sales and customer service role. They make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote loan products (e.g., personal, business, or home loans), explain terms, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for loan officers. Success requires excellent communication, persuasion, and resilience against rejection. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases to pitch loan services and identify financial needs.
Product Explanation: Clearly explain loan options, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms to prospects.
Lead Qualification: Assess the customer’s financial situation to determine if they qualify for specific loan products.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
