We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller / Telesales Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Contact existing customers to inform them about new products or services.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Understand customer requirements and close sales.
Maintain records of calls and sales and update the CRM regularly.
Handle complaints or objections professionally and calmly.
Follow up with leads and ensure conversion into sales.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn about products and services and explain them clearly to customers.
Patience, persuasion, and resilience under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Fluency in [Languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, or local language].
