*JOB DESCRIPTION: TELECALLER – ADMISSIONS*

*Reports to:* Admission Head / Manager

*JOB PURPOSE*

To generate quality admission leads and convert them into confirmed admissions for MBBS/BDS/Nursing/Paramedical courses through outbound and inbound calls, follow-ups, and counseling support.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

*1. Lead Generation & Calling*

- Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents from database, enquiry forms, and education portals

- Handle inbound admission enquiries via call, WhatsApp, and email

- Explain course details, fees, eligibility, NEET cutoff, scholarship, hostel, and campus facilities

*2. Counseling & Conversion*

- Do initial telephonic counseling and guide students on admission process, document requirements, and deadlines

- Schedule campus visits / online counseling sessions with admission counselors

- Maintain regular follow-up till admission is confirmed and fees are deposited

*3. Data Management*

- Update all call details, status, and remarks in CRM daily

- Maintain target sheets and MIS reports for leads, conversions, and revenue

- Ensure data privacy and accuracy

*4. Target & Performance*

- Meet monthly targets for number of calls, walk-ins, and admissions

- Achieve conversion targets as set by management for each course

- Participate in education fairs, webinars, and admission drives as required

*REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS*

- *Education:* 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Any degree in any stream

- *Experience:* 0-2 years experience. Freshers with good communication skills can apply. Prior experience in Education / Healthcare admissions preferred

- *Skills:*

- Excellent communication in Hindi, Marathi, and English

- Good convincing and convincing skills

- Basic computer knowledge + MS Excel + CRM

- Target oriented, energetic, and good phone etiquette

- Empathy to handle student/parent queries patiently

*KEY KPIs*

- No. of Calls per day

- Lead to Admission Conversion %

- Monthly Admission Target Achievement

- Data Accuracy in CRM

*WORK ENVIRONMENT*

- 6 days working, 1 rotational off

- Professional office setup with calling system and CRM
