We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team . The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹13000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Making calls to potential customers to introduce products, explain features and benefits, and generate interest.
Inbound Calls: Handling incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and providing support.
Product Knowledge: Staying informed about product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers.
Technical Skills: Using CRM systems, basic computer applications, and maintaining call logs.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicating with customers, building rapport, and handling objections.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
