About the Role:

We are seeking energetic and driven US Calling Executives to join our Medicare Sales Campaign. This is a great opportunity for candidates with prior US calling experience to build a stable career in the US Healthcare & Medicare process with structured training, long-term growth, and attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US customers for Medicare process campaigns.

• Clearly explain healthcare and Medicare-related benefits to potential customers.

• Handle objections effectively and maintain a professional conversation at all times.

• Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines during every call.

• Maintain accurate call records in the ViciDialer system.

• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

• Collaborate with team members and participate in regular training sessions.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months – 1 year of US calling experience (Medicare preferred).

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of ViciDialer is mandatory.

• Communication: Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written).

• Flexibility to work in night shifts and on weekends if required.

• Strong sales aptitude, target-driven mindset, and customer-oriented approach.
