About the Role

We are looking for a highly energetic, adaptable, and persuasive Telecaller to join our inbound/ outbound calling team. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will be provided with warm leads through our CRM system. Your primary goal is to contact these prospective students, educate them about our courses and learning products, and successfully convince them to visit our center for face-to-face counseling and enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Make continuous outbound calls to prospective leads populated in the CRM database.

• Product Pitching: Quickly learn, adapt to, and understand our range of courses to confidently pitch them to students and parents over the phone.

• Driving Walk-Ins: Use highly persuasive communication techniques to generate interest and convince leads to schedule a walk-in visit to our center.

• Objection Handling: Listen to customer queries and concerns, addressing them effectively to overcome hesitation.

• CRM Management: Accurately track and update the status of every call, schedule follow-ups, and maintain detailed logs in the CRM system.

• Coordination: Work closely with the in-office Academic Counselors to ensure a smooth handover when the student walks into the center.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High school diploma, equivalent, or Graduate.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication with a clear, confident, and pleasant telephone manner (Fluency in English and Tamil is highly preferred).

• Persuasion & Conviction: Highly convincing with the natural ability to influence decisions and drive action.

• Adaptability: A quick learner who can easily absorb information about new courses and adapt pitches based on the student's profile.

• Experience: Prior experience in a BPO, telecalling, or outbound sales role is a strong advantage, but highly motivated freshers are welcome to apply.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and basic computer applications.
